How AirPilot protects your personal information?

 

ARTICLE 9 – INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY

AIRPILOT COMMITS ITSELF TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

AirPilot considers that all information provided by its Customers is considered as personal information.

AirPilot deployed its best efforts to bring the highest level of confidentiality.

All information provided by Customers is NOT disclosed to any third party.

AirPilot informs its Customers that it could deliver to public knowledge, general and global statistics for the Community use. None of this information will be able to track down any personal information and none will be nominative.

AirPilot declared and registered the use of personal information to CNIL (French Legal Authority) and obtained a registered authorization.

 

ARTICLE 9-2 – I.P. ConfidentialitY 

When a Customer connects to any Web site, Customer's Network Provider delivers what is called an "IP. address".

AirPilot guarantees that no I.P. address will be recorded to resolve location, activity or statistics.

 

ARTICLE 9-3 – PASSWORD ConfidentialitY 

AirPilot has no access to Customers’ password. All passwords are strongly encrypted in AirPilot’s databases.

At AirPilot, no one is allowed to access to passwords database. Password is not shown in Customer Account.

Therefore, Customer gets assurance that Password is only known by him or herself and must manage  password security.

Customer can modify Password by using the “Forgot Password" procedure.

 

ARTICLE 9-5 – PAYMENT SECURITY  

AirPilot does not manage the payment transaction.

All payment procedures have been transferred to SPPLUS (Web Secure System by Caisse d’Epargne).

AirPilot cannot access to your credit card information which is stickly handled by our Bank with the highest confidentiality level.
