I don't know that much about FCL. How will I use airpilot ?

Do I have to enter all my flights? I may have thousands of hours...

Hopefully not, we advise you to enter flights related to current Licenses and Qualifications management. Usually, it concerns the last twelve months for most Pilots and the last three years for Instructors or Examiners. Then, you will benefit from the full possibilities of the Cockpit and the AirPilot Passport.  To show your global flight time experience, airpilot will ask you to to enter the total number of hours up to date. If you want to modify it or enter previous flights, it will be managed automatically.

I am a Helicopter and Aeroplane Pilot . Do I have to buy two subscriptions ?

Yes, but good news: each additional subscription is 50% OFF the main subscription! As of today, airpilot manages Aeroplane and Helicopter. Very soon, Pilots flying on Glider, Balloon, Ultralight and Convertible aircrafts will be welcome to register.

At any time, you can add any aircraft subscription and get all benefits of separated or global views of your Pilot experience.

What is AirPilot Passport ?

It is the first Pilot Resume ever! Through 2 levels of details, it highlights your Pilot experience.
All sections of your Pilot Profile are documented. In a few pages, you will find all details about your past and current aero activities. Print it or send it by email to your Employer, Instructor or Club.

How can I be sure that my data are kept confidential?

AirPilot S.A.S. is an independent company. Your personal data is being considered as private according to current laws and protected as such. None of your data is published or sent to third parties or use for any other purpose. airpilot is registered at the CNIL (French legal Authority) and has received an authorization number.

I am a Helicopter Pilot, can I record helipads or private DZ?

You can record them and will be visible just for you. However, most of the helipads throughout the World are recorded in airpilot's database.
Soon, and if your decide so, you will be able to share them with friends.

If I do not fly for a long period of time (no connection to airpilot), how will I manage my Qualifications?

airpilot keeps a close care of your aeronautics assets. You will receive email alerts (Medical, Qualifications, CRs, TRs, ...) which will keep you posted on your important issues. Your Qualifications are important to airpilot.
